The footprint
The I-30 corridor from Weatherford and Fort Worth through Dallas and Royse City to Texarkana. North into Texoma and the Red River counties around Denison, Bonham, Paris and Clarksville. East on I-20 to Marshall, south on I-45 to Corsicana, and southeast to Athens, Palestine, Jacksonville and Rusk.
If you are outside it, call anyway and we will tell you straight whether the drive makes your number worse.
Why the town pages are specific
Permitting changes at every city limit and the soil changes faster than that. Blackland clay moves under a slab in ways sandy East Texas loam does not, and the foundation design follows the dirt, not the floor plan.
Outside a city limit there is usually no building permit at all in Texas, which moves the engineering onto the builder. The permits guide has the detail and the slab guide has what the ground does to the price.
