This page says what the site collects when you ask us for a number, and who else sees it. Short version: we use it to answer you. We don't sell it.

Who we are
i30 Metal Buildings is the metal building division of i30 Builders LLC, based in Royse City, TX. This policy covers i30metalbuildings.com.
What we collect
The quote form sends us what you type into it:
- Your name, phone number and email.
- The building: type, size, shell or turnkey, and your timeline.
- The city or county it goes in.
- Anything you write in the notes.
- Whether you ticked the texting box.
- The page you sent it from.
If you ask the cost calculator to email you an estimate, we get your email, the building and size you entered, the range it showed and the city if you gave one.
Like any website, the server sees your IP address and browser when a page loads. That stays in the hosting logs. It isn't attached to your request.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your request. That means pricing the building and getting back to you by phone, text or email. If it turns into a job, it goes in the job file. We don't sell your information and we don't rent it out.
Text messages
We text only people who ask us to, and only about their request: the quote, the site visit and the schedule. You ask by ticking the texting box on the quote form. The box is optional. The form sends the same without it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 469-721-0196.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else handles it
A few services run parts of this for us. Each one gets what its job needs.
- Resend sends the quote and estimate emails, to us and to you.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) holds our customer records and carries our calls and texts. Your whole request lands there, including whether you ticked the texting box, so we can follow up.
- ntfy (ntfy.sh), when we have it switched on, sends a push alert to our phones when a request comes in. The alert carries your name, phone number, building type, size, city and timeline. Your email and notes stay out of it.
- Vercel hosts the site. Its analytics count visits and page speed without cookies.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, when we have them switched on, measure visits and which ads bring in requests. They set cookies. When you send the quote form, our code passes them the building type, size, scope, city and page. It doesn't pass them your name, phone number or email.
You can block cookies in your browser. The site and the quote form work without them.
Your choices
Ask us what we have on file for you and we'll tell you. Ask us to fix it or delete it and we will, unless the law has us keep a business record. Email sales@i30builders.com or call 469-721-0196.
How long we keep it
A request stays on file while we're quoting or building. Job records stay as long as the law requires us to keep them.
How we protect it
Quote requests travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are stored only with the providers listed above, each behind its own access controls. Only we can see your request. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need to quote and complete your job.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The terms cover the texting program itself.
