We build commercial from 1,500 SF and homes from 2,000 SF, across Dallas-Fort Worth and East Texas. We do not do repairs, service calls, carports or kits.
What helps us price it
- The size. Square feet, or the footprint if that is what you have. A range is fine.
- What it is for. A shop and an event venue can share a frame and still land a long way apart, because the use sets the code.
- The city or county. Inside city limits the city permits it. Outside, it depends on the county, and the requirements change.
- Shell or turnkey. If you are not sure, say so. Shell versus turnkey lays out what each one includes.
- Clear span, eave height and doors, if you know them. Clear span, explained covers what the span does to the price.
- The ground. Clay or sand, raw land or a pad already built. The slab guide says why it matters.

Site visit
We walk the dirt. Soil, access, utilities, drainage, setbacks. What we find there goes into the scope.
