i30 Metal Buildings is the metal building division of i30 Builders, LLC. We are a commercial general contractor working the I-30 corridor from Fort Worth to the Louisiana line.

One number against a document you can read. Not cost-plus, not a pile of allowances that turn into change orders in month four.

$1,000,000 each occurrence. $2,000,000 general aggregate. $2,000,000 products and completed operations. Umbrella at $1,000,000 each occurrence. Certificates available on request, with additional insured status by automatic endorsement.
