An outdoor structure has every connection out in daylight. There is nowhere to hide bad steel or sloppy flashing. If you want to judge a builder by the finish, look at one of these first.

Storefront glass, separate utilities, flexible bay sizing and tenant finish-out. Tenant improvement work is the core business of i30 Builders, so the finish-out side is not a stretch.
Every entry has photographs of that building and a line on what we did. Location, square footage, clear span, eave height and the month it was finished go on when they are on file and stay off when they are not.
A guessed square footage is the same lie as an invented job, and one question from a buyer finds it. So the filters and the facts table only show fields an entry actually carries. The 2018 through 2026 range is true of the work as a whole, which is why it prints once, here, and not on any one job.
